The only good factors' service out there in my experience. Refreshingly proactive, helpful and clear - and now outrageously priced.

Since Sentry took on the management of our building - which has 77 flats - it has been a breath of fresh air. Gary is incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful. I would recommend their service to anyone wanting professional support!

Sentry were appointed as our new Factor in December 2022. They were faced with many issues to address due to historic poor management of the building by the previous Factor. They’ve turned the building round in a short space of time. I’m extremely grateful for everything Gary has done so far and would highly recommend them!
