Dealing with all tenant applications, for alterations, fit out works, assignations, sub-lettings and lease re-gearing, expiries and renewals.
Regular client reporting, both from a financial perspective, to provide red flag on any issues with arrears/further action required and from a property management perspective, to give an accurate assessment on any management issues and any corrective action required.
Overseeing all building management functions, contractors/service providers, and general estate and property services ensuring Health and Safety compliance is properly adhered to.
Project management, tendering and service contract procurement for annual maintenance contracts as well as refurbishment contracts.
Advising on any potential change of use opportunities.
