We’re very pleased to announce our management of a new residential estate at Limefield Steading, West Calder. Centred around the renovation of an 18th century farm steading building, which is being converted into multiple modern dwellings. The site also features 6 large, detached family homes.
Advice on Title Deed’s given to the client has ensured the provision of an adequate building maintenance fund to ensure the renovated steading is well maintained into the future. Further work has been done on behalf of the client with regard to the installation of both private and common EV charging points.
Recognising the importance of creating sustainable communities, we are committed to delivering an estate management strategy which actively reduces the environmental impact of the developments we manage. By working with developers from the outset, we can help to make sites more sustainable for the future.
Some elements of this site that we have had to work closely with our developer client on to resolve issues have included a foul water pumping station and an off-site private road scheme.
As the development nears completion, we are currently tendering for the common service contracts. Our tender process ensures that the new owners have access to quality services that provide good value for money.
